Ms. Galloway has over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting services, specializing in Oil & Gas operations. Prior to founding Bright Sky she led the regional Oil & Gas practices at two leading environmental consultancies. She has published multiple academic and professional papers on air quality, policy, and industry trends.
She holds a Masters of Science in Environmental Sciences & Engineering from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Kimberly has over 15 years of experience as an environmental consultant for chemical, oil and gas, and refinery sites. She specializes in air dispersion modeling, air permitting, and regulatory compliance. Kimberly manages Bright Sky's AERMOD technical competency. She also has experience implementing LDAR programs and performing leak inspections for oil and gas clients.
Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Dr. Stephanie Willis is a Principal at Bright Sky Environmental. With over 15 years of environmental consulting and air permitting experience focused on the energy industry, her goal is to help oil and gas companies develop and operate assets in accordance with all applicable state and federal environmental regulations.
Stephanie has a PhD in Environmental and Earth Science, a Masters of Science in Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Texas.
Russ has over 45 years of experience as an environmental professional with expertise in a broad spectrum of issues, including air and water quality regulations, permitting and compliance review; environmental assessment and auditing; mobile source control; and strategic planning.
Prior to Bright Sky, Russ provided consulting services with large national firms, as well as an independent business owner for over 9 years. He also served almost 25 years with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and its predecessor agencies, where he developed an in-depth knowledge of state and federal rules, policies, and decision-making processes.
Russ has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University.
Lauren joined Bright Sky in January 2022 after graduating from college. Her previous work experience was in process engineering and refining. At Bright Sky, she has gained a foundation of estimating air emissions from oil & gas facilities, air permitting, data analysis for GHG quantification, and environmental compliance.
Lauren has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Dalen joined Bright Sky in July 2023 after graduating from college. His previous work experience was in process engineering and LNG. At Bright Sky, his initial focus is on developing air emissions profiles for oil and gas facilities
Dalen has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.
A previous Bright Sky intern, Cailyn joined Bright Sky in August, 2024. She is an experienced science teacher and has launched right into Bright Sky's air permitting and compliance team.
Cailyn has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, with certificates in Public Policy and Humanitarian Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. She has a Master of Education from Southern Methodist University.
Bright Sky often hires college engineering students over the summer as they seek opportunities in the environmental consulting field.
